Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple schools in an engaging educational setting. This full-time assignment is ideal for a skilled physical therapist eager to make a notable difference in a diverse school district. You will work 35 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, with the assignment running from September 4, 2026, through June 25, 2027.

Preferred candidates bring strong clinical skills and an enthusiasm for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote student achievement and well-being. This district-wide role offers dynamic experiences across a variety of school environments, working with students of all ages and abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold a valid New Jersey physical therapy license
  • Experience in school-based physical therapy settings preferred
  • Comfortable providing services for students in grades K-12, across multiple school sites
  • Ability to complete all NJ compliance requirements: TB test, physical, and fingerprinting for both the staffing agency and the school district
  • Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse caseload district-wide
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with other educators and therapists
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Travel between school sites to provide consistent and high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
