School Speech Language Pathologist - Stephens City, VA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid VA SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with district and legal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and individualized support for a diverse student population
