Job Description

This full-time position offers a structured, 37.5-hour workweek and begins as soon as you’re ready, carrying through to May 28th, 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid VA SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and individualized support for a diverse student population
