Whether your interest lies with elementary-age children or middle and high school students, there’s a position that aligns with your expertise.
One position will focus on supporting middle and high school students, with preference for candidates with AAC experience. The other is dedicated to working with elementary students, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on developing young learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in Florida
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Background in school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with AAC devices for the middle/high school role is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and goal-setting
- Document progress and maintain required records
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
