Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates cannot be considered at this time
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in compliance with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and data collection for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ academic and social-emotional growth through evidence-based interventions
- Manage and prioritize caseload efficiently across assigned elementary or high school settings
