Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates cannot be considered at this time

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in compliance with IEP goals
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and data collection for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ academic and social-emotional growth through evidence-based interventions
• Manage and prioritize caseload efficiently across assigned elementary or high school settings
