Process Operator
- Location: Bay Minette, AL
- Pay: $20 - $25 an hour
- Operate and monitor production equipment and chemical processing systems
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor temperatures, pressures, levels, and other process conditions
- Add and handle raw materials as needed
- Perform quality checks and collect product samples
- Monitor equipment and report any issues or abnormalities
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Complete production records and paperwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to keep production running efficiently
- Manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or industrial experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment and processes
- Comfortable working around chemicals, machinery, and industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work as scheduled
- Forklift experience
