Job Description

Full-time, contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who hold a current SLP-CCC certification. With four positions offered at both elementary and high school levels, you’ll play a vital role within a supportive educational community dedicated to helping children reach their fullest communication potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license with CCC certification
- Previous experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with education laws and ethical standards
- Cannot accept candidates with CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students in either elementary or high school
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Stay current on best practices and resources in speech-language pathology
