Job Description

Make a significant impact in the educational journey of K-12 students by providing vital behavioral support and leadership for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity is perfect for an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives on collaborating across a district-wide caseload and supervising Behavioral Support Assistants (BSAs). Your expertise will help shape a supportive learning environment throughout the school year, from September 9, 2026, to June 16, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a BCBA
  • Active Washington BCBA license or willingness to obtain one prior to starting
  • Ability to be fingerprinted through OSPI, or readiness to complete this requirement
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Strong capability in supervising and mentoring support staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Dedication to working 100% onsite (virtual work is not available for this role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support services to students district-wide, spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor BSAs to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote holistic student success
  • Offer training and ongoing support in evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations
