Desired Skills & Background:

  • Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate students’ motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
  • Monitor progress and document student outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support teams to integrate therapy into the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals
  • Educate staff and family members on strategies to support student mobility and access to education
