Speech Language Pathologist in Front Royal, VA

You’ll join a collaborative team with a reliable schedule—Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week—working with students who benefit from your clinical expertise and compassionate support.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is highly desired
• Strong assessment, therapy, and advocacy skills for diverse student needs
• Excellent communication abilities to partner with students, parents, and colleagues

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across multiple school sites in the Winchester, VA area
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and intervention teams to support student goals
• Provide consultative services to staff and families regarding speech/language disorders and effective interventions
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
