What You Bring:

• Valid SLP license in Texas and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• School-based experience in speech-language pathology, especially with PK–12 populations.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adjust therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students.
• Flexibility to work onsite at one or two campuses (no remote/voco arrangements).

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy onsite to groups and individuals.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to support student IEP goals within an engaging, supportive school community.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing student progress discussions.
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed based on your grade level preference and strengths.
