Qualifications:

• Active SLP license is required; SLP-CCC credential is a must
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred (elementary, high school, or both)
• Background in assessment, intervention planning, and IEP development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Able to manage a dynamic caseload in an onsite setting (remote not available)
• CFY candidates cannot be considered at this time

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student progress
• Work closely with teachers and special education teams to adapt interventions within classrooms
• Maintain accurate documentation for therapy sessions, assessments, and IEPs
• Collaborate with families, providing guidance and strategies to support generalization of skills
