Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or comfort working in school settings, ideally with K-8th grade students
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in kindergarten through eighth grade
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with school protocols
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each student’s success
  • Stay current with best practices and compliance standards for school-based speech therapy services

Position Details:

  • Full-time, contract role: 40 hours per week across 5 days
