This is a full-time contract position, beginning August 24, 2026, and running through June 4, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. You will empower students to build strong mathematical foundations and prepare them for future academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with a Math Endorsement (please submit proof of licensure with your application).
• Previous experience teaching high school math is highly preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Ability to tailor instructional approaches to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive math lessons to high school students in accordance with state and district standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to promote student engagement, understanding, and achievement.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support where needed.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to enhance the learning experience and address individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
