Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Connecticut
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation for student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent progress
  • Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in compliance with school policies
