Operations Manager - Multi-Site Facility Services

YORA Facility Services is a growth-stage Facility Reliability Partner serving commercial, medical, industrial, government, and multi-site clients throughout the Chicagoland area. We are seeking a high-ownership Operations Manager who can turn priorities into disciplined execution, build accountable teams, strengthen field performance, and help the founder scale the company.

This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership position for someone comfortable working across people, systems, customers, quality control, and daily operational problem-solving. The right person should want the opportunity to build, improve systems, take broad ownership, and grow with the company—not simply maintain an established corporate operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across multiple customer locations.

• Build clear accountability for managers, supervisors, and field teams.

• Strengthen scheduling, staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.

• Maintain service quality and resolve operational issues before they affect customers.

• Establish measurable operating rhythms, scorecards, and follow-up systems.

• Coordinate effectively with sales, recruiting, quality control, and company leadership.

• Improve customer retention through reliable execution and proactive communication.

• Translate founder priorities into completed operational outcomes.

• Personally support staffing, scheduling, employee accountability, customer issues, and field execution when needed.

• Uses numbers, standards, and documented processes to drive accountability.

• Communicates clearly and handles difficult conversations directly.

• Is comfortable in a growth-stage company where systems are still being strengthened.

• Takes ownership without waiting to be chased.

• Can work onsite and travel throughout Lemont and the Chicagoland area.

Compensation:

$75,000–$90,000 base salary, plus performance-based incentive opportunity tied to measurable operating results.

This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to work onsite and travel throughout the Chicagoland area.
