What You’ll Be Doing

· Welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm

· Answering phones and scheduling appointments

· Checking patients in and out

· Collecting payments

· Helping coordinate patient care

· Communicating with providers and teammates

· Keeping schedules organized

· Managing multiple priorities throughout the day

· Helping create an amazing patient experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

· Outstanding communication skills

· Previous customer service or medical office experience is a plus—but personality and attitude matter even more.
