- Answering the phone. Booking and confirming appointments via phone. Answering client's questions about services.
- Processing in-person transactions.
- Retail inventory.
- Shampooing clients
- Responsible for general cleanliness of salon, such as, assuring there are enough towels and robes for clients and hairdressers use. Sweeping after hairdressers when needed.
