Full Desk/Inside Sales Recruiter

Looking for someone with at least 2 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay: Base Salary $40-$50k with Very competitive Commission Plan

Only looking for someone that has worked in a staffing/recruiting office- not corporate recruiting

Responsibilities:

• Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates
• Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments
• Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates
• Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders
• Preparing resumes for associates
• Marketing candidates to prospective companies and current clients

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)
• Self-motivated
• accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
• Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service
• Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel
• Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up
