Warehouse Delivery Driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily deliveries using a 16-foot box truck, performing general warehouse duties, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Shift: (Monday to Friday) 8-hour shift starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 16ft box truck to deliver cleaning products to customers and job sites.
• Load and unload products—must be able to lift to 75-80 lbs. regularly.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including courteous interactions and confirming receipt of goods.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and labeling for outbound deliveries.
• Follow daily delivery schedules and routes with efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Forklift certification (a plus but not required).
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is preferred.
