Our experienced team works both independently and collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality accounting services that our clients can rely on.
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our exceptional accounting services team. In this key role, you will manage a portfolio of small business clients, deliver outstanding service, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. This position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement that combines in-office collaboration with remote work. We provide the tools and technology you need to stay productive from either location.

What You’ll Own
- Perform all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing activities accurately and on time across the client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll tax, sales tax, and 1099 compliance requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely financial, budgeting, and cash flow reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial review meetings with the clients, providing analysis, and building trust through value-added insights.
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
- Degree in accounting, business, or related field, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll roles, preferably in a multi-client environment
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, ProAdvisor certification is a plus
- Proficient with ADP Run, Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), and adept at learning new technology

Work Schedule & Location
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (30–35 hours per week)
- In-office, Peachtree City (Westpark area)
