The Cashier at Brio Hand Car Wash plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while delivering excellent customer service. As part of a medium-sized team, the cashier is responsible for handling sales processing, billing, and customer rewards, while also supporting product promotion and upselling efforts. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position requires attentiveness, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions and effectively resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service during customer intake
• Process sales and billing in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Promote products and services and engage in upselling
