Restaurant Line Cook

ISO a Line Cook for a fast-paced casual dining experience. Six Penny Jug is a 28 seat pub in Norridgework, ME. Positioned on route 2 and the KVT recreational trail, our pub provides a valued stopping point for motorcycles, wheelers, sxs, snowmobiles and more!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following restaurant recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
• Manage inventory to reduce waste and maintain adequate supply levels
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage time efficiently to meet food preparation deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant cooking
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certification
