We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service with a personal touch.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain TN Cosmetology or Barber license.

- Deliver high-quality haircuts while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for clients.

- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and warmth in all interactions.

- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment by multitasking effectively throughout the day.

- Engage with kids and families in a fast-paced setting, providing a caring and patient approach, especially with active young children.

- Embrace and embody the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience, focusing on creating a fun and memorable visit for every client.

- Exhibit professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.

**What we are looking for:**

- Valid TN Cosmetology or Barber license required.

- Ability to perform high-quality haircuts and provide exceptional customer service.

- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to support and collaborate with team members.

- Comfortable and patient when working with children and families.

- Passionate about delivering an outstanding experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Professional, warm, and honest demeanor with a positive outlook.
