Manufacturing Assistant Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Assistant supports our production and laboratory operations. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our diagnostic products. The successful candidate will work closely with the QC and manufacturing teams to maintain lab standards, support equipment calibration, and under supervision, assists with all aspects of manufacturing EntroGen products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with all aspects of manufacturing and function as a second user.

· Prepare finished product and maintain inventory for shipment.

· Assist with equipment maintenance and calibrations.

· Assist with kit assembly, labeling, packaging, and staging materials.

· Support inventory counts of packaged and ready final product.

· Record and maintain accurate, detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

· Prepare production related reagents and controls for use in manufacturing.

· Escalate deviations or quality concerns immediately.

· Maintain clean and organized manufacturing areas.

· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.

· Control and monitor inventory of production materials and lab supplies.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives.

· Fill supply request forms for in house product transfer to R&D.

· Provide general laboratory support including cleaning, organization, and supply restocking.

· Prepare buffers and laboratory decontamination solutions.

· Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for non-conforming materials or results.

· Provide support to the QC department as necessary to maintain work flow.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

· Minimum AA/BA in biological sciences.

· School or work-related laboratory experience.

· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S for any employer.
