Salon & Spa Coordinator

We are looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our team!

As a Salon Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of all guests and be directly involved in scheduling, product inventory, and ordering.

A successful Salon Coordinator will possess a positive attitude, customer service and organizational skills, display professionalism, strong communication skills, and cash-handling experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Works to resolve any client concerns in a pleasant, professional manor.
• Keeps a sense of urgency in serving customers; Minimize customers wait time, monitor staff haircut time, quality, productivity, and coordinate their breaks.
• Ensure that the Company’s policies are carried out and communicated to all staff.
• Work cohesively with all Salon/ Spa areas, co-workers and students as part of a team.
• Ability to schedule various services for individuals and large groups including campus planned events.
• Ability to speak about the Salon/Spa, its concepts and services.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
