Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman oversees medium-sized crews of 5-15 members, managing various concrete projects including commercial, infrastructure, and mixed types. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role involves frequent travel between job sites to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and effective team coordination throughout all phases of concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct crew activities to meet project deadlines
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
• Enforce safety compliance on all job sites
• Manage and maintain concrete equipment and tools
• Interpret blueprints and project plans accurately
• Provide detailed reports to Project Manager
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently
• Foster clear communication within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel
• Expertise in concrete finishing techniques
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Strong background in safety management
• Demonstrated ability in quality control processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
