Appliance Service Technician

Join our team as an Appliance Service Technician and bring your expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining household appliances. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work both independently and within a team, with frequent local travel between client homes. You will report to a Supervisor/Manager or Senior Technician and have opportunities for certification to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting across various appliance brands
• Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repairs to clients
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair
• Technical training in appliance repair or related field
• Valid class E driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Accurate record keeping and maintenance proficiency
• Problem-solving skills and physical stamina to lift heavy appliances
