Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, full-service hair care (cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and consultations) tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming customer service experience from start to finish.
• Stay up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques, and Aveda product knowledge.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive, clean, and efficient salon environment.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional training and salon team meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Active state Cosmetology / Hair Stylist license (Required).
• Experience: Seasoned stylist experience preferred, though enthusiastic, high-potential talent with a strong foundation are encouraged to apply.
• Mindset: A strong work ethic, a passion for continuous learning, and a team-first attitude.
• Skills: Excellent communication, client consultation, and time-management skills.
• Brand Alignment: Familiarity with or passion for Aveda products and philosophy is a strong plus!
