Production Supervisor

Pay: Up to $70,000/year + OT
Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Schedule: Occasional Saturday (1–2/month); rare Sundays
Benefits: 401(k) with 4% company match after 60 days, PTO after 90 days, medical/dental/vision after 90 days

Production Supervisor – Versailles, OH

Join a growing food manufacturing company as a Production Supervisor overseeing a team of 20+ employees. Responsible for leading daily production, ensuring safety and quality standards, meeting production goals, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop 20+ production employees
• Coordinate daily production activities, staffing, and schedules
• Monitor KPIs, yields, downtime, and production performance
• Ensure food safety, GMP, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve operating efficiency
• Train employees, provide feedback, and administer discipline as needed
• Work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments
• Maintain production reports and communicate results to leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred
• 3+ years of production leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading 15+ employees; Lead-level experience considered
• High school diploma/GED required
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred
