Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling services
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and common areas
- Manage time effectively to keep appointments running smoothly
- Uphold salon standards, policies, and dress code
- Build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele
- Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology License (State of California)
- Proven experience in men’s grooming (fades, tapers, beard work, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for growth and mastering the craft
