Billing Clerk / Account Specialist

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for verifying and processing daily invoices.
• Provide administrative support in office for sales reps and managers.
• Process billing transactions in a timely and productive manner.
• Ensure all invoices are billed correctly on each job ticket.

Requirements of this job are as follows:

• Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must have computer experience and be willing to learn a new program.
• One year office experience.
• Accounts Payable or Receivable experience preferred.
