Bilingual Production Manager

The Bilingual Production Manager oversees manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production while managing multilingual teams and communication. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate between departments, and proficiency in two languages to facilitate smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet schedule and quality goals
• Manage and communicate effectively with multilingual teams and stakeholders
• Monitor workflow and troubleshoot production issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance to optimize operations
• Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor production staff
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
