Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Present and explain AT&T fiber internet, TV, and wireless services
- Build trust and relationships with potential customers
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve overall company success
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Reliable transportation recommended
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
