Assistant Car Wash Manager

MUST be bilingual. Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members or wash attendants.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
• Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor wash equipment, coordinate mechanical repairs, and ensure the property remains clean and safe.
• Inventory Control: Manage stocks of cleaning solutions, soaps, chemicals, and other operational supplies.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive membership sales, track financial targets, and promote marketing initiatives.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the car wash, automotive, or retail service industry.
• Leadership: Strong communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexibility: Availability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
