Chiropractic Assistant/Billing

We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant knowledgeable of insurance billing for Richardson Clinic. Compensation is based on experience, Bilinguals and Experience with the EHR Medisoft system are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support the Chiropractor.
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
• Escort patients to exam and therapy rooms
• apply therapy to the patient (will train)
• billing
• data entry for billing
• Answering telephone and scheduling patient
• Make ready patient rooms.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD10 medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Medisoft EHR
• Dependable transportation to work.
