- Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews
- Serve as onsite quality control and safety specialist, ensuring everyone in the field and onsite adheres to safety standards.
- Coordinate all material deliveries for the start of each job, ensuring accurate inventory
- Maintain professional and clear communication with the clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams
- Schedule and manage inspections and permits
- Develop and execute punch lists in a timely manner
- Perform warranty work
- General administrative duties
