Account Receivable Specialist
Job Description
Think Ability, Inc is currently seeking an Account Receivable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- All Aspects of Accounts Receivable for multifaceted company
- Financial Reports
- Manage Rental Income
- Bank Reconciliation Multiple Accounts
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Outstanding Communication Skills
