Position Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a passion for patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key team member, you’ll support veterinarians during clinical procedures and be integral in ensuring patient comfort and outstanding client communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and treatments
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and anesthesia under veterinary direction
  • Perform blood draws, catheter placements, radiology, and laboratory tests
  • Monitor and care for hospitalized patients, including record-keeping and client communication
  • Collect, prepare, and process laboratory samples
  • Educate pet owners about wellness, preventive medicine, and post-op care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment


Qualifications

  • Licensed/Certified/Registered Veterinary Technician preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of veterinary clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with veterinary software (knowledge of Digitail is a plus!)
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting
