Technicians in this role handle plumbing service, drain cleaning, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting while maintaining strong communication with customers, dispatch, and the office team. Technicians should be comfortable performing tasks such as soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and general plumbing system diagnostics and repairs.
