About the Role
Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston is a leading provider of home care services in Houston, Texas, and we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a Caregiver or CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with medical conditions or disabilities, and those in transition from hospital to home. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and manage medication administration
Encourage independence and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
0 years of experience as a Caregiver or CNA (training provided for CNAs)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Your own reliable transportation is a MUST
