Essential Staffing Solutions is partnering with ConcordRents to recruit experienced Multifamily professionals for opportunities throughout Oviedo, Orlando, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, Lady Lake, Leesburg, The Villages, Port Orange, Rockledge, Palm Bay, and Mt. Dora.
We are currently prescreening qualified candidates before moving forward to the in-person interview stage for an invite-only hiring event in Oviedo.

Office Positions (Tax Credit Experience Required)
  • Tax Credit Leasing Professionals
  • Tax Credit Assistant Community Managers
  • Tax Credit Community Directors
Maintenance Positions
  • Apartment Maintenance Technicians (EPA Certification preferred)
  • Maintenance Managers (EPA and CPO preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent Multifamily experience
  • Yardi or OneSite software experience is required for office positions
  • Tax Credit experience is required for all office positions
