Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in cutting heavy steel (2 years preferred)
- Experience in MIG welding (2 years preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE use Ability to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler)
- Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts

Physical Demands:
- Standing and walking for up to 8 – 10 hours a day
- Lifting 50 lbs. frequently
- Able to work in temperatures of 90 to 100 degrees during warmer weather
