Boiler and Chiller Service TechnicianTNT Heating and Air Pay: $40-$45/hour, based on experiencePosition OverviewTNT Heating and Air is hiring an experienced Boiler and Chiller Service Technician to support our commercial HVAC customers.This role is focused on servicing and troubleshooting water-cooled chillers, closed-loop boilers, hydronic systems, pumps, controls, and related commercial equipment. We are looking for a technician who can work independently, diagnose complex issues, and provide reliable service and preventative maintenance.ResponsibilitiesService, repair, and maintain water-cooled chillers and closed-loop boiler systemsPerform preventative maintenance and equipment inspectionsTroubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and control issuesService pumps, valves, piping, cooling towers, and hydronic componentsDiagnose compressors, motors, relays, sensors, safeties, and controlsRead wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentationEvaluate equipment condition and make repair or replacement recommendationsDocument service findings and communicate clearly with customers and the service teamFollow company safety standards and manufacturer requirementsQualifications3+ years of commercial chiller and/or boiler experience preferredHands-on experience with water-cooled chillersExperience with closed-loop boilers and hydronic heating systemsStrong commercial HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience with pumps, cooling towers, controls, and refrigeration systemsAbility to read wiring diagrams and blueprintsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordEPA Universal Certification requiredExperience with Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin chillers is highly desirable.Preferred ExperienceFactory chiller trainingChiller rebuild or overhaul experienceCommercial boiler and combustion serviceBuilding automation or controlsLarge-tonnage commercial HVAC systemsNATE or manufacturer certificationsCompensation and Benefits$40-$45/hour100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceRoth IRA with up to 3% company matchPaid time offCompany vehicleCompany phoneTools and uniformsPerformance incentives and bonusesOngoing technical and manufacturer trainingOpportunities for NATE and advanced certificationsJoin TNT Heating and Air and bring your commercial chiller and boiler expertise to a company that invests in its technicians and provides long-term growth opportunities.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
