Lead Carpenter - Residential RemodelingSebring Design BuildLocation: Franklin, TNJob Type: Full-Time | OnsiteSebring Design Build is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to help lead high-quality residential remodeling projects throughout Franklin and Middle Tennessee.We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home remodels. We are looking for a hands-on carpenter who can lead daily jobsite activities, coordinate trade partners, solve field challenges, and maintain high standards for craftsmanship and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations on residential remodeling projectsPerform and oversee framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and general carpentryRead and follow construction plans and specificationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partnersPlan upcoming work to keep projects moving on scheduleIdentify and resolve jobsite issues before they affect quality or timelinesConfirm work is properly prepared for the next tradeMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteProtect finished work and client propertyCommunicate professionally with homeowners and the project teamComplete punch-list items and support projects through final completionQualifications5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experienceStrong finish carpentry and general carpentry skillsExperience installing cabinetry, trim, doors, and other finish materialsAbility to read blueprints and construction drawingsPrevious Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or field leadership experience preferredStrong planning, organization, and problem-solving skillsProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to perform the physical duties required for residential construction workWhat Success Looks LikeProjects meet Sebring's standards for quality and craftsmanshipWork stays organized and progresses efficientlyProblems are identified early, reducing delays and reworkJobsites remain clean, safe, and professionalHomeowners and trade partners receive clear communicationYou become a trusted field leader who takes ownership and follows throughWhy Join Sebring Design Build?Work on high-quality residential remodeling projectsJoin a professional team that values craftsmanship and accountabilityClear expectations and organized project managementOpportunities for long-term growthCompetitive compensation based on experienceApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your residential remodeling experience.
