Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support the upkeep, repair, and overall reliability of our facility and equipment. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to help reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor facility issues as needed.
• Assist with installations, adjustments, and replacements of parts or equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when additional support is needed.

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a related technical field.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, move, bend, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance activities as needed.

• Previous experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Technical certification or training in a maintenance-related discipline.
• Experience working in a commercial, industrial, residential, or multi-site environment.
