Match Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Fryer Operator for a manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial frying equipment according to production schedules.
- Ensure products are cooked to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor fryer temperatures, oil levels, and cooking times.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns.
- Load and unload products while maintaining production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with company and food safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
- Experience operating industrial fryers or similar processing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a warm environment and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
