What You’ll Do
- No two days are the same—and that’s what makes this role rewarding
- Complete service requests with urgency and quality
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry
- HVAC Systems
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
- Work closely with your team to solve problems and improve efficiency
Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction—you truly make the difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in general maintenance (multifamily preferred)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills with residents and team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to live within 20 miles for on-call rotation
