Shift: Full Time 10:30 am -7:00 pm
Pay Range: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Admissions Department to coordinate new resident arrivals.
Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Assemble and deliver welcome baskets for residents.
Greet and escort new residents to their rooms while providing a warm, supportive introduction to our facility.
Address resident concerns by responding to call bells, listening attentively, and ensuring follow-up.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive community spirit.
Support administrative and admission-related tasks, including room changes, follow-up forms, and discharge preparations.
Provide tours and assist with resident council meetings as needed.
Monitor and schedule smoking sessions as required.
Communicate effectively with administrative staff via daily progress reports.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
Nursing home experience (preferred).
