What You'll Do

As an In-Home CNA, you’ll provide personalized, non-medical care and assistance that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care

• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, positioning, and fall prevention

• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and light meal preparation

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's needs

• Assist with grocery shopping and other approved client-related errands

• Observe clients for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns appropriately

• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

• Complete required Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and documentation accurately

• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

• Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care at every visit

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina CNA certification in good standing

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while following a care plan

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance when required for assigned clients
