You will lead installation crews, ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is best suited for someone who understands how to balance craftsmanship with productivity and can take full ownership of job outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and perform residential HVAC system installations, including system replacements and new construction installsRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for new construction projectsOversee installation teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standardsEnsure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirementsCommunicate effectively with project managers, builders, and homeowners throughout the jobMonitor job progress and contribute to job profitability through efficiency and quality executionTrain and mentor junior installers and apprenticesMaintain organized, clean, and safe job sitesComplete job documentation accurately and on timeQualifications3+ years of HVAC installation experience, including residential and new constructionEPA Certification requiredActive HVAC license requiredExperience with boiler installation, furnaces, gas, and oil systems is strongly preferredProven ability to lead jobs and guide other installers preferredStrong understanding of HVAC systems, installation best practices, and code requirementsAbility to read and work from blueprints and technical drawingsValid driver's license with an insurable driving historyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while also leading a team in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a high-performing installer who wants to take ownership of your work, lead projects, and directly impact your earnings through performance, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values skill, accountability, and long-term success.
